Pico Digital, a worldwide leader in providing comprehensive multi-media delivery solutions to the broadband, satellite, cable and broadcast markets, announced today the appointment of Andrew Isherwood as its Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Andrew will be responsible for assessing and defining the company's technology strategy.

Andrew has extensive experience in the Pay TV CPE and headend products for Cable, Satellite, Terrestrial and IPTV. He was previously the Chief Technologist and then Chief Technical Engineer at Pace Networks a business unit of Pace (LSE: PIC) for six years, where he was responsible for the full business life cycle from concept to sales and deployment. Since leaving PACE, Andrew has run a consultancy firm focused on business development and technology in the Pay TV space and has been an Associate Lecturer at the University of Bradford, focusing on Technology and Innovation Management Modules. Andrew holds a first class honors degree in Electronics with Computing from UCLAN and an MBA from the University of Bradford, School of Management.
